- Start Running if you’re brand new.
- Walk, Run, Achieve – 5k if you’re ready to build up to running.
- Lifestyle Reboot if you want to work on broader, sustainable lifestyle changes.
✅ Engage with a Post: Find one post that interests you—maybe it’s someone else’s progress or a motivational quote—and leave a like or comment. It’s a great way to connect!
✅ Set a Small Goal: Write down one small goal for this week (e.g., “I’ll go for a 10-minute walk 3 times”). Share it in our “Weekly Goals” thread if you’d like some accountability!
